Tomato Braised Red Snapper
Tomato braised red snapper, paella style saffron rice with conch, mussels, clams and oysters stuffed with braised pork shoulder topped with a plum tomato, garlic, lemon, cilantro & white wine sauce.
Poached and roasted apple topped with crystalized hibiscus and stuffed with vanilla cake batter and topped with salty pie dough and cream.
